The Loveland's Refund Policy
Hi readers! Lily Love here. I believe in keeping things simple and honest, so here's my straightforward refund policy without any fancy legal talk.
For Digital Books
You have 14 days after buying any e-book or audiobook (when available) to request a refund if you're not happy with it. Just send an email to shop@lilylovewrites.com with:
- Your order number
- Your name
- The email you used when buying
Once I process your refund, your bank might take up to 10 business days to put the money back in your account. If it takes longer, let me know!
For Physical Books (When Available)
Since signed books and other physical items are made specially for you, I can't accept returns on these.
But don't worry! If your package gets lost in shipping or arrives damaged, I'll send you a replacement. Just email shop@lilylovewrites.com with your order details so I can help you quickly.
Need Technical Help?
Before asking for a refund, if you're having trouble downloading or accessing your e-book, please reach out! My BookFunnel team is fantastic at solving these problems, and I'm happy to connect you with them.
Special Situations
In rare cases, I might need to decline a refund request if outside of the window or to avoid intentional fraudulent attempts. This helps me protect my small business, but I promise to be fair!
